New to Bigger Pockets

Hi Everyone, I am excited about finding Bigger Pockets. I live in San Antonio, TX. (Home of the NBA Champion SPURS!) I do have some experience in real estate, but it has been a while since I have been in the real estate investing game (2006). But, my mind is always thinking about real estate....it is my true passion. I want to flip homes, flip and rent, etc. I know San Antonio is a steady, and growing market, so I want to learn, learn, learn.
