Prime and paint with that stuff and it is rock solid enamel.

And yes, as an agent doing a prelim on any potential listing is a given.Even though many sellers will lie through their teeth to me about property and estate issues, I gotta say I usually give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to lien issues.

A metal roof you can paint with oil based enamel made for roofs usually in a red oxide color.

I don't like what their teeth and claws and pee and poop do to my property doors, door jambs, walls, wood floors, vinyl, carpets, window blinds, flower beds (cat poop and scratching), and back yard (dog poop and digging).  

The downside of wood is the ongoing maintenance, but there are some which come with an enamelled finish which should lengthen the repaint interval.   

Does there exist any kind of acrylic repair product (I have used enamel repair products for chips in a stove, maybe something similar)?

@Ian Barnes that's great advice , I was looking to offer them something at first I offered them like 250 and something for a moving truck but after talking to him I see that they were looking big bucks like a 1000 and I wasn't ready to part with it. honestly something snapped in me a few minutes ago and I went from being pissed off to just wanted to sink my teeth into.

I have been looking into and learning about investing in real estate for some time and am looking to start pulling the trigger and cut my teeth. 

I doubt it.As far as the DODD FRANK ACT goes, yes, that was quite the gut punch, but we in the Mortgage Industry who are still standing have and deal with the crushing over-regulations every day.But this Realtor Rebate thing is a whole new threat gathering steam against the Mortgage Industry and I'm arming myself to the teeth with my Rebate Realtor partners to deal with what's ahead!
