Hi @Antoine Martel, to be honest I don't have much information on the area yet, I happen to live in Fountain and never really notice the market of Pueblo, but after seeing a few numbers I defiantly what to research more about it.

As houses become less affordable in the fountain square/ woodruff area people are moving into arsenal heights following some gentrification and I am looking forward to commanding 1k rents or more.

Appreciation has been about 3-5% in the other 5 Indy houses I’ve purchased from them and 16tec (a industrial area with neighborhoods around it) and fountain square have had much better appreciation.

,Any A/B+ areas are going to be in the suburbs, or in the trendy areas.Good suburbs include, Greenwood, Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, Zionsville, Noblesville, Fishers, Carmel.Trendy areas inside the city include Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks, Herron Morton, etc.

Hey Antoine, Yes I am looking to build these homes in Indy, in areas such as Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks and a few other areas. 

I would like to stay around Scottsdale, and I've taken a liking to Fountain Hills.3) To play off the point above, what is going to be my rest return for AirBnB'ing this place the rest of the year?

Just the other day I found a duplex in a very desireable neighborhood in Fountain Hills.
