Great Deal then Found Crack in outer wall. Should I proceed?
I found a great deal. Good location that would cash flow very good. The only bad thing is that it is a 40 year old house but it's price makes up for it. I was really looking forward to it then I saw this on the side wall. I would like you'all opinion on how bad it is and how I should proceed. Should I offer then hire a foundation inspector or should I just not proceed because fixing this would cost too much or is it not as bad as it looks?
It is a 3/2 small house with a small shed and patio. No garage. 2/1 apartments nearby rent for $600 and I calculated that buying it at price I would need to rent it for $850 to cash flow at 11%. Price is $75000. Taxes are $1000
Thank in advance for your feedback
