You can get it on amazon, dilute it with water in a pump sprayer and spray the baseboards on exterior walls, and spray around the outside walls on the house and you should be good to go.

People are stockpiling any sort of N95 disposable respirator because they will protect you, to a certain extent, from breathing in sprayed mucus and saliva droplets from an infected person.

The simple spray and wipe actions you see, are for looks.

How do you get supplies (disinfectant wipes, lysol spray) if all big box stores is already out of supply?

The only thing that’s changed in that respect is spraying and wiping of door handles and elevator buttons. 

Those areas I would expect the PM to show it in person with disinfectant to spray his/her and their hands before they enter.

I think the list true emergencies is small.If someone's heat or AC goes out I think a tenant or myself would have to just live with it.Water spraying would be an emergency.

Not just spray Lysol, but wiping down all surfaces. 

One broom stick to hang dry, one in your spray booth.
