The appliances are also all brand new installed this year- fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Most here on BP that buy NPL's like myself only invest in the US as we see plenty of product here in the US and can make good money doing it, so its not worth the risk to venture overseas in other country to learn all the nuances, laws and rebuilding all brand new relationships.

there is no quick return or 'cash flow' right now if you are a brand new investor.if they can house hack, they should house hack. 

No matter of plumbing is brand new or too old, eventually too much TP will clog it.

Speaking as a consumer of BP media for the last 4 years, I like that BP ads align with the BP brand and are actually often helpful tools for investors.

I'll be interested in how they make the Experience "exclusive" to Airbnb as that seems like a terrible business model for the people hosting the Experience unless ABB cuts a check for them.IMO it is also a branding play to differentiate from VRBO, Booking, hotels etc.

What brand/manufacturer do investors typically prefer for new manufactured homes? 

This may sound like a ridiculous question but gotta start somewhere :) I have the skills and experience to pull off a successful flip but brand new to the lending world.

Wouldn't you like to know what brand and model of washer lasted 1.5x it's rated life span?
