@Gururas Khalsa In general, having a keyword in the domain is preferable for search rankings, while using your company name is better for long term branding.However, neither of these are hugely important.Far more important, in my opinion, is picking a domain name that is easy to remember and spell. :-)

You need to then write down your expectations clearly spelling out in detail what each other's roles are and profits, etc and then bring that to an attorney to have it drafted

You signed a lease with her at a rate you were comfortable with, friend rate must have been mutually beneficial.I would confront her about it if it is spelled out in the lease that she can't do Airbnb (Airbnb is not the same as subleasing...do hotels sublease you a room?).
