But what made it very rewarding and packed with lasting impact not just a flash in the pan, was seeing how 10x is applicable to so many areas of life and everyone given the diversity of speakers. 

Kiosaki is a great motivational speaker, but after reading his books, I always find myself asking...

For me it is about seeing some of the speakers live which is worth the price of admission (Tony Robbins, Tim Draper, Grant Cordone etc).

They have lots of guest speakers, vendors and networking opportunities.

They have speakers but only give them 10 minutes each and it ends up not being enough time to get much quality info.

They currently have a large event the third Thursday of the month, LOTS (Learn on The Site, flips) the first Tuesday after the meeting, weekly Wednesday Luncheons at Wildwood Country Club (12-2), Ed Gibson brings in speakers for a monthly KREIA luncheon at Napa Valley, they have Robert Kiyosaki game night (Writer of Rich Dad, Poor Dad), and a monthly Happy Hour.

I see ads for a lot of these conventions and speaker series but would love to know which ones you have found to be the most valuable when it comes to education, networking, and having an overall positive experience.Thanks!

Feel free to let me know if I am oversimplifying everything, however I would love to take action or at least get closer to finding that formula to achieving the results of many biggerpockets speakers that has 100+ units.
