I am a server currently looking to get out of the rat race.

i worked at the office during the day, and from 5-11 every night, I worked as a server at a local restaurant.  

So I amd new to this investing lifestyle and want to know serveral opinions or routes that have been successful for many.

I'm a server right now and my goal is to make at least 60,000 on a minimum from wholesale flips this year.

I always hate that going back and fourth with someone trying to find those free time slots that match up or double booking.

I am operating out of Huntington Beach (my home area) and server all surrounding beach / other OC cities.  

I would like to log in to some remote server ?

I will be following this thread as I agree this area is ripe for redevelopment and close enough to TCU and future TRE train stop to make it attractive to serveral type renters / buyers.
