Work includes: HVAC, water heater, roofing, side walk/patio, siding, dry wall, flooring, painting, etc.

- Driveway and sidewalk have cracks in them... seller will caulk the sidewalk but is telling me that the previous and current tenants haven't complained about the driveway and it's not worth it to fully re-do the driveway... is this BS or true? 

The realtor met us on the sidewalk and told us not to tell the tenants that the property was for sale and which units we could look into.

But... the locals basically roll up the sidewalks and shutter the storefronts right about this time of year.

We also got a code violation/fine on that same property for trash on the sidewalk after the trash bins were flipped in 60mph winds. 

In San Francisco, a "traditional" suburban driveways are rare and are often times confused with the sidewalk portion in front of the building.

The housing market is sizzling like a cracked egg on a Phoenix sidewalk in the middle of July, and home prices are high. 

Literally a waterfall of roaches cascades down the front door onto the sidewalk.
