Hi All,I'm reading through the latest version of the BP Residential Lease Form and it contains a clause that seems to say that a jury cannot hear a trial related to a dispute between landlord and tenant. 

When I was pursuing that at one point I only had 1 out of 50 applications reach back out.

@Asher M.Possible, yes but like your lender pointed out it's going to be difficult to pass the self-sufficiency test (SST) for a legal 3-4 unit property.

I like Seth Godin's (altMBA) approach where there are application, experience, and qualification requirements. 

A debt service loan would be a good option if your DTI is high, you want to close in an LLC, you're self-employed or have low income on paper, or you don't have a stable 2-year work history.

And in a severe duty application like renting to section 8, you probably have to do that every 30 years.In other words, your portfolio carries a $1,320,000 future liability ($60k x 22), which equals about 22 years of present-day cash flow.
