In my experience, why we are chosen in our market comes down to the reputation we have built for ourselves.

There is a good reason a reputable lender will and rightfully has the ability to charge 2-2.50% 3.

There are many factors to consider, I drop some here: 1) being new, need to build your reputation and have no repeating customers2) Miami has had an overflow of STRs buildings and "illegal" inventory: investors who bought new condos allowing STR with loans to pay, tend to lower the price to get bookings.

Find a reputable mastermind group, go to meet ups and connect with experienced operators.

It is good practice in assessing STR potential and performance by combining personal research and rental experiences (rates and dates) with at least one local reputable Property Management company rental revenue estimate. 

The lawyer looses all reputation.  

Reputation Most lenders that I work with have excellent and honest reviews on Google.

If this is seen as advertising or not allowed, sorry in advance, but I haven't seen a real life 0% down payment in quite a while, and Navy Federal is reputable, so thought those of you starting out would benefit from knowing there is actually one out there.

Does anyone happen to know if there is anyone that can help or at least guide me to a person, place or thing lol that would have reputable training.
