A very, very rough metric that you can possibly use to get an idea is 1/3, meaning if a new home may sell for 500k, then a developer may be able to pay 165k per paper lot, but of course there are so many variables, but that can give you a rough idea.

It has not filed for bankruptcy.The creditors meetings haven’t been particularly enlightening for creditors wanting to know where their money went.At the first meeting May 26, Van Gundy told those listening roughly a hundred times that she didn’t remember, recall or know the answer when questioned.That meeting, also conducted by telephone, was cut short after Wilkins said Van Gundy had suffered two seizures during the proceeding.The meeting was reset to June 23 but it also ended early because she had a seizure, her lawyer said.

Always, always use contractors that have draws at set benchmarks: rough-in plumbing passed, drywall complete, all doors installed, etc.

In addition, several items can be done simultaneously (I highly recommend this to save time as time is your enemy) such as doing the exterior siding or stucco at the same time interior rough electrical and plumbing is going on.Foundation is always first and rough framing follows that (which includes windows and exterior doors).
