Is there a Florida statute regarding paying a  referral finders fee on the sale of a business?

I DM'd you a list of Cleveland referrals that include Property Management. 

Texas licensees are not allowed to pay non-licensed individuals for referrals.

If you're looking for an accountant / book keeper reach out and I have an excellent referral for a firm that is virtual, does only real estate investing, and their accounting work is incredible.

In my opinion (what I learnt from my tech partners) is to Build multiple source of referrals to your website and make your website an information hub.

There are several great companies to work with in the Memphis area, I'd advise going with someone who owns the entire process from start to finish vs a referral source.
