You would take the $45,000 from you self-directed IRA then refinance and use the money you pull out to either replenish your Self-Directed IRA or redirect the proceeds to another investment depending on the rules of your IRA.

Is there anyway I can redirect that mail to me before it gets to them?

Sounds better as a dollar amount of $50.I also know that while that $1644 would come in handy being redirected to other investments, such as toward the next downpayment, it would also easily get absorbed into bills and lost in the system.

Maybe try to redirect them to a better solution and just show them you really wish you could help more but it’s their responsibility overall..

I’m not avoiding your question to Roy, I just don’t know how to reply to it so I’m trying my best to redirect it to my original post.

Since the link has changed and there's not a redirect, I'm no longer sure how to submit without the Wordpress Dashboard. 

Once I have things rolling well, I will re-direct that income to buy & hold rental properties.
