I see real estate as a means to quit my job and rearrange my and my wife's lives - sooner rather than later. 

I will buy Tums/Tylenol, because I'll need it when I rearrange my entities with a new lawyer and I will get the aforementioned letter.

@Emil Pinlac my current project will be rearranging and completely redoing kitchens, new bathrooms, new windows, new siding, flooring and paint everywhere, light fixtures, etc.

Then re-arranged things in the cabin and took more pics.  

Full gut, abatement, patched holes in the subfloor, added a sun room, rearranged the kitchens, etc. and ended up with over $100k in equity above what we put into it when it was all said and done.  

My electrican also wasn't able to get the service done so rearranging my work wasn't necessary.I also had to cut out the roof/deck around the fascia and soffits.
