I've seen a lot of people use Investor Carrot or Lead Propeller for website.

Psychologically this creates a limit on supply and propels the buyer to purchase whatever comes up and to pay asking price.

Hi,I am a newbie investor looking into generating leads to buy single and multi family properties using Lead Propeller. 

My idea is this, I'd rather give up more if it gets the deal done (thinking project by project, you don't have to marry the partner right, its just this project), because I'm going to get the experience and this will propel me in the direction of bigger apts later.
