There are people that do Sub2 respectfully and do not promote it to everybody, nor shove it down their throat. 

A reasonable person would assume if my rental burned down a couple months ago they would've left me on the hook for it all, meanwhile paid for the coverage all year long.

He's still out there promoting...just not this as he's on to other things....hopefully not another scam.
