I had SERIOUS issues, thinking it would still be ringing and ringing and ringing with the banks, on their auto-callers, trying to get me for what I had left them with.

How do you all handle that.My question is...What questions do you ask the caller to screen them before you show the property?

Our Gulf Shores park in South AL had original lot renters at $260, we're using the 21st Mortgage + Clayton cash program to put in new clayton homes and our marketing for $795 combined lot rent and home mortgage is getting good callers every day.  

You will be treated very differently than just another caller on the phone.

A caller probably won't, and won't call again.

(The caller told me that there was still a mortgage.) 

The problem is my cell phone comes up as my (day job) company's name on land line caller IDs. 

Going to a VA can be better than voicemail, but if the VA is just a data entry person that does not know real estate or your area, the caller can be frustrated by that.I was wondering how you would respond to my question of whether you had time for this.

Once you block someone, you have the option to unblock them if you choose to otherwise they are out of luck trying to contact you e.g. that annoying tenant that you just evicted or a caller you would just rather never hear from again.Google recently made significant updates to Google Voice in January 2017 after laying dormant for almost 5 years and as far as I know has gotten good press from its users.Even with the long delayed updates, it still worked great for me.
