Schools are good, and it's (relatively) close to the NW Austin tech employment hubs.

For awhile Philadelphia was the best kept secret for a lot of NY investors but as of the last few years there has been a ton of NY money being dumped into philly, especially now because of the Rent control laws that passed here, but there are still deals out there. snap shot of philly - Steady population growth yr over yr - Steady job growth yr over yr - Diverse economy  ( top 3 health care, education & tourism )- Location...  2hrs from NYC "financial hub of the country" &  2(1/2) from Washington DC " the political of hub of the country.

Does everything but doesn't need a hub.

I think there will be more work at home, micro meetings locally at hub spots for (office work teams)with certain departments, and more technology to work remotely.

What lock are you using with your hub?

You don't necessarily need to do this in vacation hub spots, but for cities like Atlanta, I think this is a must.

The other thing we like about Chicago is the ability to take advantage of Chicago being a transportation hub- Direct flights to other cities we've invested in.  

San Diego is becoming a major hub for tech, and developers have been pouring money into the city/county to get in on it. 

I live near Charlotte NC, it is a hub for U.S.
