@John Morgan is spot on in saying that it can also act as a deterrent for those tenants who initially might be considering some type of legal action (that LLC does present a "polish" to the business, if you will, and can help to keep things in order.

@J Scott,I would rather have a book by someone "real", small flaws and all, then a polished book watered down by multiple editors that takes an extra six months to get to press.
