Don't worry about the rush to buy "before prices/interest rates/XXX" rise" there are always deals out there you may just need to be patient and wait until the time and right property comes along.

I don't thinknitbis so much about a specific area as it is a good price on a specific property that has views and amenities that people want.I would set up search for popular mountain tourist locations and be patient till the right property comes along and be ready to pounce.You can put a property under contract to lock it up and then schedule a viewing and make a decision during the due diligence time.

Demand evidence to back up the charges or threaten to file a lawsuit or a complaint with the state.If they don't respond to your satisfaction, file a complaint with the state licensing commission.

Main thing is to take your time and be patient.

So she stepped into a fully functional office/ patient base and my purchase included all the equipment fixtures everything which of course gave me substantial accelerated tax bene's.. its a NN lease so I only am responsible for the roof and exterior ( roof  was 5 years old and with no hail in this area it will last long time).
