Be sure to read the Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and the two book FLIP and HOLD.At any brokerage including KW you probably want to talk to both the team leader and the broker to make sure they are on board with what kind of investing you want to do.Now all this probably doesn't drop in your lap, you may have to seek out the deal makers and network with the investors to find out more.

If they're on board, and you have some cash up front, you could set up a seller financing note where they finance the entire amount of the purchase - however this might trigger a due-on-sale clause with their mortgage.
