In instances of purchase of property, lease is executed subsequent to buyer entering into a rental lease agreement with inherited tenants.This agreement is preceded by review of due diligence documents provided by seller to buyer.Tenants acknowledges that Agent is entering into this Lease in reliance on the information contained in Tenant’s rental application and or all other information provided to Agent by Tenants or Tenant’s current landlord/property management team in the event of a property sale, all prior to this lease agreement.

Make sure you know how much the foam will expand... if you squirt a bunch of it in there, it can actually distort the frame and cause the window to bind up when you try to open it.If you're going to buy most or all of the windows at once, you might see if your favorite big-box store has a "pro" program.

Any advance or deposit of money furnished by a tenant or lessee to a landlord or lessor to secure the performance of any part of a written or oral lease or rental agreement shall be returned to the tenant or lessee of residential or dwelling premises within one month after the lease shall terminate, except that the landlord or lessor may retain all or any portion of the advance or deposit which is reasonably necessary to remedy a default of the tenant or to remedy unreasonable wear to the premises.

I’m currently building a team to work with me on house flips and rentals, and I wouldn’t want this land I want for mostly personal use to mess with those goals.Some initial ideas on adding value to the property: -build a pond w/dock, add a food plot, maybe a small cabin to attract hunters/outdoorsmen-fence some or all of the area to make a small profit (enough to cover property taxes?)
