They have larger offices with more agents to network and learn from, training meetings, etc. 

I’d recommend starting by connecting with local investor groups and networking with other professionals in the area.Also, seek out teams that are actively investing and managing properties on the ground.

Would love to add a mentor to guide us through the first deal, we can offer all of the sweat equity and our network that will help fundraise the deal! 

I also hope to continue to grow my network and meet other like minded individuals and mentors to help advance my investing business.Cheers!

My best advice is to work with someone who can easily plug you in with their network of GCs, PMs, and lenders.
