Currently you’re essentially a peewee football kid asking the coach how to run circles around the professional defense. 

Husband died without a will, had 3 kids from a prior marriage, wife thinks she owns the house 100% and will get 100% of the proceeds.   

I have 5 kids and feel safer than in the USA.

So new kid that bought his system was offered a two hundred bucks MF that was normal appraised for 150k only lol… and expecting that market would just grow , the system is working in 2009 though same thing to what Greg Hugher did in other bankruptcy filing lol

Had a renter at full price of rental offering at 2300 within a 7 day period. 12 month lease, no kids, no pets.

Just kidding, I'm a Marine vet and miss hanging out with the sailors in Pensacola. 

For the next 3-5 years, single income household here (wife staying home with kid(s)).
