Even if the credit report shows that the Senior Lien is delinquent, the borrower may be completing a loan modification that's not reporting to credit.

I admit though ours only works in a certain range and we have a fixed closer in that range, I don't know if that is a special modification or not.For the parking I tell them you are going to start towing and only tenants in the driveway.
