I'm attending Rod's bootcamp in January and am seriously considering applying for his membership program.

I just paid for my BP Pro membership and would love to get connected with anyone locally to network. 

So I decided to go in a different direction and I hired a company called Wealth Factory, which sells a coaching program with an initial membership fee of $7500 and openly states that they are going to pair you with providers and that they do not do the tax preparation, investment, real estate, or other work they just coach you and help you see which professionals you need and then pair you up with them.  

And me deciding which membership plan is a good fit for me is another factor. 

Non-traditional credit that I have used before is gas bill, electrical bill, gym membership, phone bill, magazine/newspaper, really anything with a monthly payment that can show paid on time. 

It's like gym membership, just because you have it -- it won't turn into Arnold Schwarzenegger if you don't do the work.4.

In response to your questions, no, I don't have a 401K or credit union membership.

They only charge $19.95 per month for membership and you can get any number of contract reviewed fast.  

There is no membership criteria to join most REIAs.

You could also purchase a pro membership through bigger pockets where you would have access to post deals in the marketplace.
