Northrup just won multi billion dollar next gen steal bomber contract; will be assembled in East Palmdale and likely test flights at Edwards AFB just north. 

Maybe targeting advertising to flight attendants (who already have to adher to that kind of standard) would eliminate the potential conflict ;-)

My window was to look this weekend, but I've missed my chance to book reasonably priced flights.  

@Frank HouptI start with picking an area of the country I think I would like to visit and I have direct access to either by an "easy" drive or direct flight.

Hopefully your deal in flight if you have one turns out ok.  

I thought about it for 2 minutes as I was boarding a flight to go to my brother's wedding, and I agreed to the deal.

If I spend $1,000 to attend a seminar (entry ticket, flight, hotel, food) I need to make $1,200 within the next 3-6 months from something I learned.

If you want to fly jets, learn to love the journey that begins with ground school, flight instruction, soloing and progressive type ratings. 

You can phone and email contacts to get things done, but its obviously much harder to hop a domestic flight to pay a visit and shake hands, walk a property, sign closing documents, etc. 

I'll agree with the previous poster- the biggest issue for out of town investors here is the lack of knowledge on the area.I have lived my whole life in the metro area, my parents were born and raised in Detroit (moved out with the white flight) and I still don't feel I know enough to start sinking money into it RIGHT NOW.
