I’m currently dealing with an issue regarding my STR permit in Tobyhanna Township.

My issue is, it's been almost 3 months and I haven't be able to get good tenant applicants.

We currently use Hospitable for 12 properties, and it's working fine, no major issues, and I know they've been expanding with new features.

I highly recommend an attorney to draw one up as each state and each property can have unique issues. 

To help avoid a lot of these issues I would think about buying a "Modular" or use a "Tiny Home" vendor who offer these in many states.

So far, no issue other than the biosecurity stuff.

I could connect regarding refinancing and buying a new property in order to maximize profits and also talk regarding the upcoming laws the city passes regarding multi unit properties.

As far as financing, if you have real CF then it shouldn't be an issue.

My guess is there are some STR owners or managers genuinely unaware their current pricing exceeds the price gouging thresholds until it is brought to their attention.]Will PriceLabs and other dynamic pricing tools- respond quickly and appropriately to these issues?
