Social engineering is everywhere, and some people are really good at making you believe what they want you to believe.

Are you saying you are blocking weekend days to force people to book weekdays?

I’m not a “people person” so they handle screening.

Think about it, why do people do Airbnb........make more money, however they have higher vacancy rates, and more management required.  

Fewer people can afford to buy when prices are high, increasing demand for rentals and driving up rents.

My biggest question when I was researching all the programs was "If these people are so successful at what they do, why are they charging so much for all of this and always trying to upsell?"

Been in law enforcement for some time and while they do evolve over time, they will keep the same red flags in for long enough for people to figure them out and spot them. 

I am very cautious about stuff like this but if i find anything interesting or worthwhile considering I can let people know.
