If you are asking - do I use intuition - the answer is absolutely! 

This is the most recent project we just completed and it was a much more intuitive and simple way to get around the seasoning period requirement.

It's not always easy to walk away from a deal but trust your analysis skills and intuition.

Of course I know this is business and I have to put my feeling asideI guess what Im looking for is some words of advice from seasoned investors who have dealt with similar situations and to help me get a different perspective on how to approach this mentally and see it more intuitively than emotionally.

It takes some time and nothing is intuitive.

My intuition tells me they will be skeptical as this isn't a commercial transaction per say, it's just a group of separate co-ops in the same building.

Reviews and referrals can help, but I generally have a very good intuition about people and can decide whether or not I want to take the risk with them just from speaking with them for a bit.
