You may be better off letting them move on when their lease expires, if they are going to be high maintenance.As others have suggested, do repairs if something isn't functioning, but "updates" where you are improving the condition of the property I would reserve for a reward for good tenant behaviour over an extended period (repair the leaky faucet when it leaks, but reserve the replacement of a faucet with a spray nozzle for when they renew their lease, for example).

I also have firefox - on four different platforms - amongst my selection of browsers and am seeing similar behaviours with it as I am experiencing with Safari and Chrome.In general things are usable - with a small amount of retraining - but I'm sure there will be some tweaking in the coming weeks.If both the website and the browsers used conform to the W3C specifications and pass the test suites, then there should be little to no issue with a browser "working" with BP.
