Looking for a full time property manager 277 Units in Decatur GA

Hey BP members,

Great opportunity.

We have a 277 unit complex in Decatur, Atlanta Georgia that we purchased in November 2015. We have already done a large rehab, and around 80% of the units are fully renovated and ready to be occupied. We are in need a of a full time, on-site property manager. 

Who we are looking for:

- 1 to 5 years of work experience in Real Estate Development

- Comfortable w/ working in the field with contractors

- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with investors, contractors, and consultants

-Must know Atlanta multi-family market.
