And if that's the only way a new owner is able to afford to buy a building, then they overpaid in my humble opinion. 

I am truly humbled by the knowledge that we have obtained over the last year living in our first house hack.

In my humble opinion and experience, the most important question to ask is not "which is best," but rather "what strategy will generate leads with the Negotiation Dynamic I want to have?”

Of course there will be a bigger deposit just in case of any accidents :-) and they don't even leave their enclosure lolAlso open to other suggestions for temporary residence that will accomodate our humble dog family.

It is such a great book.One suggestion that I would humbly make to those who purchase Traction.

you can read/listen to whatever books are in your library.....for FREE......anything else go to the good wheel and find some of the books for CHEAP....2. i humbly say.....dont get too many real estate books but get mindset books.....and book on business and then listen to podcasts on real estate......just my opinion

To avoid the potential of wasting more time in trying to figure this out all on my own I am humbly requesting help.
