The training was real.. but as we know you can lead a horse to water but real estate is tough and as I state only 10 to MaYBE 20% can make it the rest just fade and or just buy rentals .. 

Don't drive a $600/month car riding around with $500 in your bank account...However, I have used credit cards like its a checking account my whole adult life and It has worked very well for me both in my personal and business life.

I think I might be trying to put the cart before the horse with attaining FIRE.

The experience was very much like first learning to ride a bike, it really was.

With that said, I’d ride it out and keep it.

It's more so the "ride" to an outcome. 

Demand/supply curve impact's this BUT it does not over-ride this, demand/supply impact variations, amplitude to the changes.
