So I decided to go in a different direction and I hired a company called Wealth Factory, which sells a coaching program with an initial membership fee of $7500 and openly states that they are going to pair you with providers and that they do not do the tax preparation, investment, real estate, or other work they just coach you and help you see which professionals you need and then pair you up with them.

Jim, It seems to me since this site is really working on monetizing itself as it should, as it relates to self promotion seems to me they could have a different level of membership that would allow for more freedom on advertisement on the open forum .. then just putting your name and such on your sig line.

I got on a call with them and then their membership coordinator to discuss joining their community and I ultimately did not join because the price tag was $500 per month, but the idea seemed rather interesting to pursue possibly by myself or with other people not needing to pay $500 per month to make it happen.

Good luck finding local real estate groups.Every group that I've found appeared to be MUCH more interested in selling memberships than building community, but then again, maybe that is what all of them are like.
