So I decided to go in a different direction and I hired a company called Wealth Factory, which sells a coaching program with an initial membership fee of $7500 and openly states that they are going to pair you with providers and that they do not do the tax preparation, investment, real estate, or other work they just coach you and help you see which professionals you need and then pair you up with them.  

And me deciding which membership plan is a good fit for me is another factor.

I'd like to know how the recent tax reforms affect passive LP investors in a syndication deal structured as an LLC with the LPs as owners of LLC membership units.  

Non-traditional credit that I have used before is gas bill, electrical bill, gym membership, phone bill, magazine/newspaper, really anything with a monthly payment that can show paid on time. 

However, for further clarification, if I were to subscribe to CoStar, assuming a membership fee, would it negate the necessity to directly contact the leasing broker? 

Jim,   It seems to me since this site is really working on monetizing itself as it should, as it relates to self promotion seems to me they could have a different level of membership that would allow for more freedom on advertisement on the open forum .. then just putting your name and such on your sig line.

I got on a call with them and then their membership coordinator to discuss joining their community and I ultimately did not join because the price tag was $500 per month, but the idea seemed rather interesting to pursue possibly by myself or with other people not needing to pay $500 per month to make it happen.

Good luck finding local real estate groups.Every group that I've found appeared to be MUCH more interested in selling memberships than building community, but then again, maybe that is what all of them are like.
