I didn't see any comments above on the following, but surprisingly (or not), some state governors identified areas around universities, airports, and other commercial centers as Opportunity Zones in addition to the lower income areas that we typically associate with OZs.

Legally, we don't have many options in the way of evictions at this point, as the property is still in the redemption period AND the MI governor has banned evictions in the state until further notice (likely not until august and even then maybe not, at which time the courts are likely to be backed up with pending evictions).

And if you are unlucky, they filed a letter with some excuse in order to get you to go to Mediation and you will still have to wait to get them Evicted after the Sheriff spends up to a month to Serve them because the Governor gave them time to stay without paying because of the Corona Virus...
