That's the case in any segment but I think we tend to find it more offensive in Section 8 bc the government's paying.In any segment, I recommend checking social media and the like of all applicants.

As well those government guaranteed section 8 rents have been consistently increasing every year. 5 Bedrooms are now renting for $2000 plus tenants pay ALL utilities. 3 Bedroom Duplexes are up to $1650 x 2 a month = $3,300 + they pay gas and electric.
