I know them, I can help open a slot if you can't find one.

I would suggest putting filing of the POC in the #1 slot. 

The CD was so far delayed that our time slot was up and the title agent had to go to another closing.

We have 8 available slots for tenant names, but the building can have approx 16-18 tenants when full.

Generally one use at a time, with exceptions.Then the first "easy" 1 to 4 conventional mortgage slots have easier financing, lower interest, lower down payment requirements, and lower reserve requirements.Next are the harder 5-10 mortgage slots.  

If you don't have this kind of software, I would install a secure drop box/mail slot for tenants to put their money orders into.

The property doesn’t have mailboxes, instead it has 2 mail slots.

You're placing a bet against the casino, and the casino only needs to win 51% of the time to come out ahead overall, no one on Wall Street is sitting there watching your particular loan and if you buy points or not, any more than the owner of a casino is watching one particular person put one quarter in one slot machine.
