So, they really never gone through my requirements and I believe they won't even pass if I were to ask them to fulfill my requirements.However, the last 15 months since I became their landlord, they have been great tenant.

In my opinion you should NOT pass up the opportunity to secure solid, life long rapidly increasing income in a growing industry with a serious demand for talent with flight time.

Fulfillment comes from giving back and that is one of my many ways of doing so.
