I dont think airbnb property owners people are offloading just yet due to the mortgage freeze for 3 months at least.

If you are worried about freezing during the winter you can always add a small electric heater.

@Steve HelmsIf you have to ask, I'd get an attorney for the first time and pay attention to exactly what he does.Also there's pretty much a freeze on evictions right now so you might have to wait a few months.

You could wait to draw on then until you hear about banks freezing them OR until you see a deal you want to takedown.

I closed one last week in Vegas were buyer got the 30 day layoff all Casino workers got.. she just needed a letter from Said Casino that she would go back to work once the 30 closure was over.. loan funded last Friday.. so it will be interesting.but of course if credit freezes again and no one pays rent we are all in very big trouble.
