I probably would of bought 1/2 that complex (I'm kidding there) years ago if it was not so far away from where I am, over in Rockwall- There are lots of cheap rentals in Fort Worth starting with I-35 to the west ... going east ... and as far north as I-30, encompassing everything north of I-20 or west of 820.

I agree a Pure Berkshire County REIA would probably not be sustainable, however I imagine that if we encompassed parts of southern Vermont, and Also Eastern New York (much like the local Chamber Of Commerce does here) then it could be a successful group.

As for my analogy, it was not meant to be all encompassing.

Like the retaining wall issue even if they noticed it they couldn't give advice and usually would say consult a specialist to learn more about what it would take to fix it etc.The fine print usually says something about certain items may be missed or not open for inspection and that the report is not all encompassing etc.No legal advice.
