Does anyone have a recommendation of a national collection agency that is effective?

Specifically, I’d appreciate:•Wholesale contracts: Recommendations for templates or tips on using contracts effectively with sellers and buyers.

Currently you have a STR lease and can effectively move anywhere the job market takes you.

One of the biggest mistakes I see investors making is they forget to address things like HVAC, siding, etc when they have access to a hard money loan.

I would encourage folks to use fiverr if you’re looking for interior design help.So, in summary, unfortunately I think this post had the exact opposite effect that you were looking for Erica 😫

Several of the contractors offer helical piers but don’t seem to think they’d be a more cost effective option - we can directly ask about this again.  

That's their job and it gives you an opportunity to have them addressed if they should be.
