Do you feel the area is going downhill?

I have never seen such poorly treated roads, I mean a sheet of ice 4 inches thick and the entry road was down hill, nothing I could do but hold on for the ride.

Also in general I feel that the city has gone pretty far downhill and is getting quite unlivable while remaining expensive ...which is a bad combination!

"I don't like the neighborhood and want to move to the arts district" problem doesn't count.If the neighborhood is going downhill, the shortage may only get worse over the coming years.Yes, tenants will damage your property.

He keeps a close eye on things in the neighborhood and explained that he doesn't see any type of comeback on these places and that if anything they're going downhill and he'll probably just cut his losses and sell. 

Personally after looking into the past performances and comparing it to today I would have to agree that this bull is about to go downhill but Like real-estate investing I am just a novice.

So, you're probably at the top of the seasonal market right now, and pretty soon things will go downhill.  

I dont like seeing areas going downhill and i do what i can to keep it nice.

Being on BP kind of forces people to be a little more ethical as their reputation could go downhill pretty fast.

At $200k in east cobb....unless it's just a terrible house with a downhill driveway, I'd go very basic on everything.
