I would push for very low or no money down but having a Realtor that needs to have their fee paid it may still not work.Look up the owner if possible through truepeoplesearch.com and call them up directly.

Or you could go directly to the HR departments of these companies. 

We would like to have more individuals that we deal with directly. 

But, if I were in that situation I would probably not be buying any directly owned properties at all (and would instead be investing in a diversified fund).
