Especially in RE, if you find a niche that works for you, hammer it until the cows come home!

You would want your URL to contain your main topic, followed by folders and then articles.Here's an example of a good URL Siloing...http://a-website-about-cows.com/cow-health/health-product/product-a.htmlDo you see what I mean?

Actually, these properties don't come up too often so there's practically no comps.They are cash cows and the owners know it so they charge a lot more then the house would typically be worth.

This property is in such fantastic condition and in a phenomenal area so we want to hold this for 10+ years and just keep milking the cow.
