@Jay Hinrichs I saw that you had responded to me in the other thread, but that thread was deleted entirely by the moderators, so I never got to see it.

@Al Bigonia I use this chrome extension, it allows you to delete pictures and print only text.

Many title companies don't like to make revisions, deletions or additions to the language in their documents, however, my preferred company was very agreeable to all my requests for same.
