For example, I can call up my banker and tell her "I need X amount of dollars for project Y, I have Z dollars, and need to carry the loan for 1-2 years...what's the best way to do it and how do I go about applying in order to get approved?"

This company will walk me through the ownership process  and will cover the property management from A-Z.  

Thanks, Jonathan.In the partnerships that I do, I manage the whole project from A to Z and that's my strength and that's what I focus my time on.

There is actually a ton of guidance on many different topics inside that guidance including but not limited to payment allocation, force placed insurance, bankruptcy responses, payoff demands and others topics as they related to the amendments of RESPA and TILA or Regulations Z and X which is what govern mortgage settlement and servicing.  

Lets now start...Time Frame A-Z: 9 months!

I mistyped as 250k sorry its 225k and it has an z- estimate around $1495 per month (however realtor is telling it will rent from $1600 -$1800)  ..for the 150k one, I see similar place with current renting list price is $1295.Which one do you think is best option?
