If you do not, look into Hired & Non-Owned coverage as part of your BOP or PackageOther coverage that may be applicable are Cyber Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Professional Liability, etc. depending o your situation.

Provide tenants a key and incentive to keep the lids locked (such as a fine for not doing so, since you have the area under surveillance).A second option, if you have remote access to the camera, and you or someone else that is willing, live within a short drive, is to call the police when they first arrive and have them meet you there for a trespassing violation.

If I were you I would install surveillance cameras like the ones we see at Costco if you have a tenant willing to deal with it, they are very cheap nowadays.  

Bet extra signs advertising that everything is under video surveillance.
